2.3 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted only one (1) account with okbef. Creation of multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts using false identities constitutes a material breach of these Terms. okbef employs advanced fraud detection systems including IP address tracking, device fingerprinting, payment method analysis, and behavioral pattern recognition to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection of multiple accounts, okbef reserves the right to suspend or terminate all associated accounts, void all wagers and winnings, and confiscate all balances without prior notice.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

okbef accepts deposits through approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, UnionBank, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other PAGCOR-authorized channels. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically credited to player accounts instantly upon confirmation from the payment processor. okbef reserves the right to decline deposits from payment sources that fail verification checks or raise security concerns. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your legal name.

4. Game Rules and Betting Regulations

• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantage
• Arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers
• Card counting, edge sorting, or other advantage play techniques prohibited by okbef
• Money laundering, structuring transactions, or using okbef services for illegal financial activities

Detection of prohibited activities results in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.

5. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

5.1 Age Verification and Minor Protection

okbef strictly prohibits individuals under twenty-one (21) years of age from creating accounts, accessing the platform, or participating in any gaming activities. 9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless okbef, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation; (b) your violation of any third-party rights including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; (c) any unauthorized use of your account by third parties due to your failure to maintain credential security; (d) any fraudulent or illegal activities conducted through your account; or (e) any content you submit, post, or transmit through okbef services.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of okbef services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manila, Philippines, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with okbef on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits, class arbitrations, or representative actions against okbef. This waiver applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Account Termination and Suspension

11.1 okbef's Right to Terminate

okbef reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without prior notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, provision of false information, violation of applicable laws, abuse of promotions, suspicious betting patterns, failure to complete verification, chargebacks or payment disputes, or any conduct deemed harmful to okbef operations or other players. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of okbef services.

11.2 Withdrawal of Funds Upon Termination

If your account is terminated for reasons other than fraud or Terms violations, okbef will process withdrawal of your verified balance after deducting any amounts owed to okbef including bonuses, chargebacks, or other liabilities. If termination results from fraud or material breach, okbef reserves the right to confiscate all account funds and pursue legal remedies.

11.3 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure request, pending wagers will be settled, and any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification and processing times. 13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13.3 Waiver

No waiver by okbef of any term or condition in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition. Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of okbef's right to enforce such provision or any other provision in the future.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without okbef's prior written consent. okbef may freely assign or transfer these Terms and all rights and obligations hereunder to any third party without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.

13.5 Force Majeure

okbef shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, or any other events constituting force majeure.

okbef may provide links to third-party websites, payment processors, or services for your convenience. okbef does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for third-party content, services, or practices. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and policies of such third parties.
